Monthly stays require a $35 application fee non-refundable & $200 utility deposit that will be applied to the final electric bill. Guest must stay a minimum of 2 months, all fees paid, clean/no damage to site and give a 30 day notices prior to departure to receive deposit refund.
Driver's License and Credit Card Required on File for Service. Only Monthly Service requires an Application fee. Reservations require a deposit to hold your site; $55 Daily, $125 Weekly and $200 Monthly. Cancellations are subject to a fee of $55, the daily rate. Cancellations made less than 7-days for Daily, less than 15-days for Weekly and less than 30-days for Monthly Will Forfeit Their Entire Deposit. *Rates Subject to Change Without Notice*
Elgin is a small town just East of Austin. The easy commute to Austin allows residents to enjoy all that Austin has to offer while still providing that small town southern charm. Elgin is known as the Sausage Capital of Texas and as the Brick Capital of South Texas because of the 3 brickyards operating there in the mid-twentieth century.
The City of Elgin owes its existence to a major flood of the Colorado River in 1869. Originally, the railroad was to have run from McDade, ten miles east of Elgin, southwest to the Colorado River at a point somewhere between Bastrop and Webberville, then to Austin following the river.
